Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or Institution
- Working knowledge of Personal Computer and MS Office applications is mandatory
- Maximum 27 years as on the closing date of online application
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC categories
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: Level-04 of 7th CPC (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100)
- Other allowances as per Central Government rules applicable to the Institute
- Probation period of two years; confirmed on satisfactory completion
- Governed by National Pension System (NPS) as per Government of India norms
Job Responsibilities
The selected UDC candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling matters related to Establishment and Administration
- Managing Stores & Purchase functions
- Accounts & Finance related work
- Any other duties assigned by the Controlling Officer or Reporting Officer from time to time

- Initial screening based on essential qualifications
- Written Test covering: English Language & Comprehension, Logical Reasoning & Computer Proficiency, General Awareness & Current Affairs, Numerical Ability (Arithmetic), and FR-SR, General Financial Rules, Income Tax, GST Rules, Accountancy, GeM Rules, Leave Rules, Procurement Manuals, Contract & Inventory Management
- Skill Test (Professional competence – qualifying in nature)
- Written test and skill test will be conducted at Bengaluru only
