Important Notice: CSBC Bihar has released the written exam and e-Admit Card notice for Advertisement No. 03/2025. The exam is scheduled on 14 June 2026 (Sunday) and 17 June 2026 (Wednesday) across 38 revenue districts of Bihar. Admit cards can be downloaded from 8 June 2026 onwards on the official website.

- For 14 June Exam: Available from 08 June 2026 (12:00 AM) to 14 June 2026 (9:00 AM – Morning Shift) / 2:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)
- For 17 June Exam: Available from 11 June 2026 (12:00 AM) to 17 June 2026 (9:00 AM – Morning Shift) / 2:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)
How to Download Admit Card
- Visit the official website: https://csbc.bihar.gov.in
- Click on the Admit Card / e-Pravesh Patra link for Advt No. 03/2025
- Enter your Registration Number or Application Number
- Enter your Registered Mobile Number and Date of Birth
- Click Submit – your e-Admit Card will appear on screen
- Download and take a clear A4 size printout for exam day
Duplicate Admit Card (If Unable to Download)
Candidates unable to download the admit card online can collect a duplicate from the CSBC office in person:

- For 14 June Exam: Collect on 12 June 2026
- For 17 June Exam: Collect on 15 June 2026
- Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Bring a copy of your application receipt and one valid photo ID proof
OMR Answer Sheet Instructions
- Use only the Ball Point Pen provided in the exam hall – no other pen or pencil allowed
- The OMR sheet has two copies (original + duplicate) – do not separate them
- Mandatory entries on OMR: Roll Number, Question Booklet Number, Paragraph (in Hindi or English), and Signature
- Darken circles correctly and completely – partial or wrong markings will lead to cancellation
- Once a circle is darkened, it cannot be changed
- Do not carry any paper, calculator, or mobile phone inside the exam hall
- Candidates are advised to practice on the specimen OMR sheet (Annexure 'B') available in the official notification before exam day
Important Instructions
- Admit card entry is mandatory – no entry without e-Admit Card at exam centre
- Report at the centre during reporting time only – exam hall entry closes 1 hour before exam start
- Candidates are provisionally admitted; final eligibility will be verified after document checking
- No electronic devices allowed inside exam premises – mobile, smartwatch, Bluetooth device, electronic pen, pager, Wi-Fi gadget, etc.
- Carrying banned items will be treated as malpractice under Bihar Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024 and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2024 – legal action will follow
- Candidates must read the full official notification (Advt No. 03/2025) carefully before appearing for the exam
- Used OMR sheets must be sealed before leaving the exam hall after the exam ends
Required Documents at Exam Centre
- Printed copy of e-Admit Card (A4 size, clear print)
- Any one valid government photo ID – Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, PAN Card, or Voter ID
- If photo or signature on admit card is unclear or missing – carry a Gazette Officer certified photo along with Declaration Form (Annexure 'A') as provided in the official notification
