The Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD), under Digital India Corporation (DIC), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), has invited online applications for 02 Young Professional posts — Data Engineer (01) and Cloud Technology Engineer (01) on contractual basis. B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech graduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience can apply. A consolidated remuneration of Rs.50,000/- per month will be paid. About BHASHINI (DIBD)
BHASHINI is the National Language Translation Mission, launched by the Hon'ble Prime Minister during Digital India Week in July 2022. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) decided that the mission would be implemented by a newly formed Independent Business Division (IBD) under Digital India Corporation (DIC), known as the Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD).
Mission BHASHINI aims to build a resilient content ecosystem with technological support tailored for Indian languages, providing widespread access to open-source data and efficient translation tools. Its vision is to harness natural language technologies to transcend language barriers and ensure digital inclusion and empowerment in an Aatma Nirbhar Bharat. The BHASHINI platform serves as a digital public good for linguistic accessibility on a national scale.

Vacancy Details
- Total Posts: 02 (on Contractual basis)
- Young Professional – Data Engineer: 01 Post
- Young Professional – Cloud Technology Engineer: 01 Post
- Job Location: Noida (may be posted anywhere in India as per organizational requirement)
- Tenure: Purely contractual for 1 year from joining or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier; continuation subject to project requirements and satisfactory performance
- Note: The number of positions may vary and/or be interchanged at any stage of the hiring process by DIBD-DIC
Eligibility Criteria
1. Young Professional – Data Engineer (01 Post):
- Qualification: B.S./B.E./B.Tech/M.S./M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Technology subjects (preference for Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related fields)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data pipelines, ETL processes, and feature engineering
- Qualification: B.S./B.E./B.Tech/M.S./M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Technology subjects (preference for Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related fields)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud integration, and configuration
Important: Internship or training experience will NOT be considered. Experience will be counted as on the last date of application submission. Formal qualifications and experience may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.

Job Responsibilities
Young Professional – Data Engineer:
- Build and maintain data pipelines for AI/ML applications
- Perform data cleaning, transformation and validation
- Collaborate with ML Engineers for feature engineering
- Ensure data availability, quality and security
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure for AI/ML solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment
- Optimize cloud costs and resources
- Ensure security, compliance and scalability

Salary & Benefits
- Consolidated monthly remuneration: Rs.50,000/- (inclusive of all)
- Remuneration is subject to statutory deductions; TDS applicable as per the Income Tax Act
- Terms and conditions of engagement will be as per NITI Aayog guidelines No. A-12036/2/2023-Adm.IB dated 07.07.2023 (available at www.niti.gov.in)

Important Instructions

- The current job location is Noida, but Young Professionals may be posted anywhere in India as per organizational requirement
