Educational Qualifications
- Essential Qualification: B.A./B.Sc./B.Com Degree of a recognized university or its equivalent qualification.
- Technical Qualification: A Pass in Type Writing and Shorthand (English & Malayalam) Lower (KGTE/MGTE) or any other qualifications recognized by Government as equivalent.
Age Limit
- Age Limit: 18 - 40 years
- Date of Birth Range: Candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.
- Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.
- Maximum Upper Age Limit: In no case shall exceed 50 years.
- Provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of Five years from the upper age limit.
- This is applicable provided they were within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern.
- Regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment.
- Provisional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their provisional service and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission.

Selection Process
- Written/OMR/Online Test: As part of this selection, candidates possessing the requisite qualification shall submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profiles.
- Document Verification: Original Documents to prove qualification, experience, age, community etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
Probation
- The probation period is applicable as per the provisions of the Special Rules of the Kerala Live Stock Development Board Ltd.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply online through the official KPSC website. Follow the steps below:
- Visit the official KPSC website: www.keralapsc.gov.in
- Register as per "One Time Registration" on the website before applying for the post.
- Candidates who have already registered can apply by logging in to their profile using their User-ID and password.
- Click on the "Apply Now" button of the respective post in the Notification Link.
- Candidates who create a new profile should upload their photograph taken within a period of 6 months.
- Name of the candidate and date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion.
- The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading.
- Before final submission, ensure correctness of all information in the profile.
- Quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission.
- Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission.
- Keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference.
- Candidates who have Aadhaar Card should add Aadhaar Card as ID Proof in their profile.
- If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile.
- Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of Test.
- Applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates who receive a profile message at any stage of the selection process directing them to upload documents should do so within the stipulated time; otherwise, they will not be considered for the next stage of the selection.
- In case of difference in Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification along with Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
- Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in Part II, General Conditions before submitting application.
- Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against candidates who submit applications with bogus claims.
- The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance to this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years.
- The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake.
- Disqualification for being considered for a particular post
- Debarment from applying to the Commission either permanently or for any period
- Invalidation of their answer scripts or products in written/practical tests
- Initiation of criminal or other proceedings against them
- Removal or dismissal from office if already appointed
