Eligibility Criteria

Experience:
  • Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field within Operations & Maintenance departments of Indian Railways, Government-owned or Government-operated Railways, Metro Railways, or RRTS systems.
Note: Experience of Teaching/Faculty/Apprenticeship/Internship/Proprietorship/Partnership/Freelancer etc will not be considered as part of required years of experience.

Experience Certificate:
  • Candidates must submit a Competency Certificate or Experience Certificate issued by their employer, clearly indicating the required work experience, including year-wise details of the nature and type of work performed.
Age Limit:
  • Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 30 June 2026)
Medical Standards:
  • Medical Standard: B-1

Job Description

Civil/Track Domain (Vacancy Nos. 35/2026 to 42/2026):
  • Responsible for civil/track inspection, surveying, civil/track maintenance, operation & maintenance of civil/track structures and store activities.
  • Work shall predominantly involve shift duties, night-shift maintenance activities and emergency restoration works.
  • Any other work as assigned by management from time to time.
Electrical Domain (Vacancy No. 43/2026):
  • Supervise and assist in maintenance, operation, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of HSR Electrical Systems including Traction Power Supply, Overhead Equipment (OHE), E&M, utility relocation and modification.
  • Work shall predominantly involve shift duties, night-shift maintenance activities and emergency restoration works.
  • Any other work as assigned by management from time to time.
Signalling & Telecom Domain (Vacancy No. 44/2026):
  • Supervision & Maintenance of Electronic Interlocking System, ATP/ATO, Signals, Point machine, Axle Counter
  • Supervision & Maintenance of Telecom system including Radio, Telephone Exchange, PA, PIDS, CCTV, FOTS, Clocks etc.
  • Conducting Training of staff
  • Preparation of maintenance manuals/procedures/Reports
  • O&M Contract management
  • Work shall predominantly involve shift duties, night-shift maintenance activities and emergency restoration works.
  • Any other work as assigned by management from time to time.
Rolling Stock Domain (Vacancy Nos. 45/2026 to 49/2026):
  • Familiarity with rolling stock systems, diagnostic tools, and industry standards
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Rolling stock including M&Ps
  • Support senior engineers in executing maintenance activities
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in maintenance operations
  • Enhance technical skills through training and on-the-job training
  • Work shall predominantly involve shift duties, night-shift maintenance activities and emergency restoration works.
  • Any other work as assigned by management from time to time.

Service Bond:
  • On Joining: Selected candidates will have to execute a surety bond for ₹3,00,000/- to serve the corporation for a minimum period of 4 years. A prior notice of 90 days will be required before seeking resignation.
  • On Training: If candidates are imparted training, a surety bond for the Cost of Training and applicable service tax to serve for a minimum period of 6 years after completion of training. A three months prior notice will be required before seeking resignation.
Pay & Emoluments:
  • Pay & emoluments shall be as per pay scales under IDA (Industrial DA) of Non-Executives which includes Perks, HRA, Medical Benefits, Other allowances, EPF, Gratuity etc. as per extant rules of the corporation.
Probation:
  • Applicants appointed on absorption basis will be on probation for a period of one year.
