Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following essential qualifications for their respective trades:
- FITTER: SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) + ITI Certificate in FITTER from a recognized institution. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 2 years full-time Apprentice Training in FITTER. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 3 years work experience in FITTER in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body.
- ELECTRICIAN / MECHANIC (ELECTRICAL POWER DRIVES): SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) + ITI Certificate in ELECTRICIAN / MECHANIC (ELECTRICAL POWER DRIVES). OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 2 years Apprentice Training. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 3 years work experience in relevant trade in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body.
- ELECTRONICS MECHANIC / INSTRUMENT MECHANIC: SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) + ITI Certificate in ELECTRONICS MECHANIC / INSTRUMENT MECHANIC. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 2 years Apprentice Training. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 3 years work experience in relevant trade in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body.
- MACHINIST: SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) + ITI Certificate in MACHINIST. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 2 years Apprentice Training. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 3 years work experience in Machinist in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body.
- FOUNDRYMAN: SSC/10th Standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% marks) + ITI Certificate in FOUNDRYMAN. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 2 years Apprentice Training. OR SSC/10th with Science (55%) + 3 years work experience in Foundryman in Government/PSU/Autonomous Body.
Desirable Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills as per their trade:
- FITTER: Ability to read technical drawings, proficiency in fitting/assembling mechanical parts, knowledge of tools (drills, tap, hacksaw), basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge.
- ELECTRICIAN: Understanding of electrical circuits, single-phase & three-phase systems, ability to install/repair electrical systems, knowledge of multi-meter & circuit tester, electrical safety standards.
- ELECTRONICS MECHANIC: Proficiency in repairing electronic equipment, troubleshooting electrical/electronic faults, PCB making, soldering, sensor wiring, programming of embedded boards/microcontrollers.
- MACHINIST: Ability to operate lathe, milling, drilling, grinding machines, knowledge of cutting tools, measurement instruments, basic CNC machining and programming knowledge.
- FOUNDRYMAN: Knowledge of foundry processes (moulding, casting, core making), familiar with melting/pouring/solidification, ability to identify casting defects, knowledge of heat treatment.

Salary & Benefits
The selected candidates will be appointed at Pay Level 2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200) as per 7th CPC.
Total Emoluments: Approximately ₹39,000 per month (inclusive of Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance etc.)

Selection Process
The selection will consist of the following stages:
- Stage 1: Screening of Applications by the Screening Committee
- Stage 2: Trade Test (Qualifying in nature)
- Stage 3: Competitive Written Examination (Objective Type - OMR/Computer Based)

Other Important Conditions
- Applicant must be a Citizen of India
- Mere possession of essential qualifications does not entitle candidates to be called for selection process
