UKSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2026 Notification Out | Apply Online for 398 Group 'C' Court Posts
The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released the official recruitment notification for 398 Group 'C' vacancies in the District Courts under the High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital. Online applications are invited for the posts of Junior Assistant and Stenographer Grade-I / Personal Assistant in Civil Courts and Family Courts across Uttarakhand.

Educational Qualification
Junior Assistant
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English languages.
- Hindi typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Preference may be given to candidates having English typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.

- Hindi shorthand speed of 80 words per minute.
- Hindi typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- Preference may be given to candidates having English shorthand speed of 80 wpm and English typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Working knowledge of computers.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age : 21 Years
- Maximum Age : 35 Years
- Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
- Candidates must have been born between 02 January 1991 and 01 January 2005 (both dates as per official eligibility conditions).
- Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per Uttarakhand Government rules.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Junior Assistant : ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level-3)
- Stenographer Grade-I / Personal Assistant (Civil Court) : ₹29,200 – ₹92,300 (Level-5)

Written Examination Pattern
