IBPS SO Syllabus 2026 & Exam Pattern | CRP SPL-XVI Preliminary & Main Subject-wise Syllabus PDF

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official CRP SPL-XVI Specialist Officer (SO) Syllabus and Exam Pattern for recruitment to 1,007 Specialist Officer (Scale-I) vacancies in participating Public Sector Banks. Candidates preparing for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2026 should understand the latest examination pattern and subject-wise syllabus for both the Preliminary and Main Examinations.

IBPS conducts the Specialist Officer examination in three stages:
  • Online Preliminary Examination
  • Online Main Examination
  • Personal Interview
  • Final Provisional Allotment
Only candidates qualifying each stage will be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process.
