Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) has released the Computer Based Test (CBT) Admit Card / Hall Ticket for candidates provisionally shortlisted under Executive Fixed Term Employment Advertisement No. 03/2026. The CBT examination is scheduled to be held on 19 July 2026. Eligible candidates can now log in using their Registration Number and Password (Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD format) to download their Admit Card from the official examination portal.

Important Information
- The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted on 19 July 2026.
- Only provisionally eligible candidates can download the Admit Card.
- Candidates must log in using their Registration Number and Password (Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD format).
- Candidates are advised to practice the Mock Test available on the examination portal before appearing for the CBT.
- Download at least two copies of the Admit Card and keep them safely.
- Candidates must not share their CBT login credentials with anyone.
- Without a valid Admit Card and Original Photo Identity Proof, entry to the examination centre will not be permitted.

- Goa Shipyard Limited has published the list of provisionally eligible candidates shortlisted for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Management Trainee (Mechanical): 1,660 candidates shortlisted.
- Management Trainee (Electrical): 646 candidates shortlisted.
- Total Candidates Eligible for CBT: 2,306 candidates.
- Separate eligibility lists have been released for Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
- The lists contain the Registration Number, Candidate Name, Date of Birth and Post Applied for.
- Only candidates whose names appear in the published eligibility lists are permitted to download the Admit Card and appear for the CBT.
- Candidates should verify their details in the respective Mechanical or Electrical eligibility list before downloading the Admit Card.

- Visit the official Goa Shipyard Limited CBT examination portal.
- Enter your Registration Number.
- Enter your Password (Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD format).
- Complete the Security Check (Captcha).
- Click on the LOGIN button.
- Verify your examination details.
- Download and print at least two copies of the Admit Card for future use.
Documents Required at the Examination Centre
Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination centre:
- Printed Admit Card / Hall Ticket.
- Original Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN Card or Passport).
- One recent Passport-size Photograph (if required).
Exam Day Instructions
- Candidates must report to the examination venue at least 120 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
- Carry a valid Original Photo Identity Proof along with the Admit Card.
- Without valid ID proof, entry to the examination hall will not be permitted.
- Sign the Attendance Sheet and complete Biometric Attendance.
- Do not share your Registration Number or Password with anyone.
- Always Logout after completing the examination-related activities on the portal.
- Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- The examination authority may monitor IP addresses for security purposes.
Important Guidelines
- Candidates should attempt the Mock Test before the CBT examination.
- Use the CBT User ID and Password provided for the Mock Test.
- Read the examination guidelines carefully before appearing for the CBT.
- The syllabus provided on the portal is indicative in nature and not exhaustive.
- The examination pattern may vary as per the official instructions.
- Only provisionally eligible candidates are permitted to appear in the CBT.
