Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Age: 40 Years
- Maximum Age: 57 Years
- Educational Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science / Information Systems / related disciplines
- OR MCA
- OR Equivalent Qualification from a recognized institution
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Banking IT, Enterprise Technology, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Financial Networks, Payment Technologies, IT Policy & Planning and Financial Information Systems.
- At least 5 years should be at Senior Management Level.
Contract Period
- Initial appointment will be for 3 years.
- Contract may be extended by one year at a time.
- Maximum engagement period will not exceed 5 years.
- The contract will remain valid up to 60 years of age or completion of the contract period, whichever is earlier.
Salary / Remuneration
The remuneration will be decided based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary and prevailing market benchmarks for the position.

Key Responsibilities of Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Lead the Bank's enterprise technology strategy.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage enterprise technology architecture.
- Lead cloud adoption and technology modernization.
- Oversee cybersecurity governance and technology risk.
- Manage business continuity and disaster recovery strategy.
- Strengthen enterprise IT governance.
- Collaborate with business units to align technology with business objectives.
- Lead technology innovation and organizational capability development.
Credit History Requirement
- Candidates must possess a satisfactory credit history.
- Minimum CIBIL Score required at the time of joining: 680.
- Candidates having loan defaults or adverse credit reports may be declared ineligible.
