This recruitment is for BEL's project sites in Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal/Indore). The engagement is on a fixed tenure basis for 3 years, extendable by 1 year based on individual performance and project requirement.
The role is that of an Interface Manager, mainly coordinating with stakeholders in a railway-related project. Candidates with hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of PSD (Platform Screen Doors) are preferred. Selected candidates may also be posted to other BEL locations or outstation sites as per company requirement.

Eligibility
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering in ECE / EE / ME / Instrumentation with First Class, from an AICTE approved college or recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience, of which at least 2 years should be in installation, testing, and commissioning of PSD (as on 01.06.2026)
- Relevant experience: Interface management and stakeholder coordination in a railway-related project
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for General category (as on 01.06.2026); 10 years relaxation for PwBD and as per Govt. rules for Ex-Servicemen

Job Responsibilities
- Interface with all stakeholders to achieve required results in a railway-related project
- Prepare work forms for correspondence, payment applications, inspections, and material/technical submittals
- Monitor supervision consultants and contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities
- Monitor drawings, data, labour levels, product quality, and timeliness of inspections
- Ensure shop drawings, product data, and samples are submitted and coordinated for review
- Monitor work progress, installed quality, material approvals, and HSE & security compliance

Selection Process
- Written test followed by interview (only for those who qualify the written test)
- Shortlisting for interview in 1:7 ratio (merit order)
- Weightage: 85% written test + 15% interview (both to be qualified separately)

- Selection process will tentatively be held in Madhya Pradesh

Application Fee

How to Apply
Important: This application is by post only. There is no online form. Applications sent by email or any other channel will not be considered. Read the full notification and check your eligibility before applying. Follow these steps:
- Step 1 – Pay the fee via SBI Collect: Go to www.onlinesbi.sbi and select State Bank Collect. Accept the terms, choose State as "All India", type as "PSU – Public Sector Undertaking", select "Bharat Electronics Limited", then pick the payment category "Sr. Engineer On Fixed Tenure Basis for PK". Use the same mobile number and email ID you will mention in the application. Complete the payment and save the receipt and SBI Collect Reference Number. (SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen are exempted.)
- Step 2 – Fill the application form: Use the prescribed format appended to the official advertisement. Enter all details carefully and correctly, including the SBI Collect Reference Number. All details given will be treated as final and no changes will be entertained later.
- Step 3 – Attach self-attested documents (in sequence): SSLC/Matriculation certificate (age proof), PUC/12th/Diploma marks card, degree marks cards (all semesters/years), Provisional/Final degree certificate, CGPA conversion certificate (if applicable), caste certificate (SC/ST for fee exemption), disability certificate (if PwBD), post-qualification experience certificates with joining and relieving letters, NOC (if employed in PSU/Govt), SBI fee receipt, write-up of roles and experience, and any other relevant certificates.
- Step 4 – Pack and superscribe: Put the complete application in a sealed A4-size envelope and superscribe it with "Application for the post of Senior Engineer on Fixed Tenure Basis".
- Step 5 – Send by post: Mail it to reach the address below on or before 16 July 2026. Applications received after the last date, incomplete, or without required enclosures will be summarily rejected. BEL is not responsible for any postal delay or loss.
