Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is a Navaratna company and one of India's top professional electronics firms. It works under the Ministry of Defence and handles products across military communication, radars, naval systems, weapon systems, and electronic warfare.
This recruitment is for BEL's Panchkula unit in Haryana. The posts are offered on a fixed tenure basis for 15 years (or till superannuation at 60, whichever is earlier), with performance review every 5 years.
These are technical field roles meant for ex-servicemen who have served as JCO and hold an Electronics diploma. Selected candidates may also be posted to other BEL locations, project sites, or outstation duties as per company requirement.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Equivalent in Electronics (Pass Class) from a recognized Indian university
- Defence Rank: JCO from Army / Navy / Air Force
- Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience (as on 01.06.2026)
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years for General category (as on 01.06.2026); relaxation of 3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC, and 10 years for PwBD as per Govt. rules
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000
- Plus DA, HRA, Professional Development Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, LTA, PRP, Medical facilities and Provident Fund as per company rules
Job Responsibilities
- Product support activities at project sites such as JRI, SAT, installation and commissioning
- Warranty support, CAMC, and other operation and maintenance activities
- Customer support and marketing activities at site locations

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on application details
- Written test, followed by interview in 1:7 ratio (merit order)
- Weightage: 85% written test + 15% interview (both to be qualified separately)
