Salary & Benefits
- 1st Year: ₹40,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹45,000 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹50,000 per month
- 4th Year (if extended): ₹55,000 per month
- Initial engagement will be for 03 years, extendable by 01 additional year based on project requirements and individual performance.
- Additional reimbursement of ₹12,000 per year towards Medical Insurance Premium, Life Insurance Premium, Uniforms, Stitching Charges, Footwear Allowance and other approved expenses.
- Project Engineers completing the full tenure of 04 years will be eligible for a Retention Bonus of ₹1,00,000 (₹25,000 for each completed year, payable at the end of the tenure).
