About the Organization

The 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme allows eligible candidates to join the prestigious Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala for a four-year B.Tech programme. During training, cadets receive fully sponsored education, accommodation, books, uniforms and other facilities. On successful completion of the course, candidates are awarded a B.Tech Degree by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and are commissioned as Permanent Commission Officers in the Technical Branches of the Indian Navy.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an unmarried male or female candidate fulfilling the nationality conditions prescribed by the Government of India.
- Passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
- Minimum 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM).
- Minimum 50% marks in English in either Class X or Class XII.
- Candidates must have appeared for JEE (Main) 2026 (B.E./B.Tech).
- Shortlisting for SSB Interview will be based on the JEE (Main) 2026 Common Rank List (CRL) published by NTA.
Age Limit
- Candidates should be born between 02 July 2007 and 01 January 2010 (both dates inclusive).
Salary & Benefits
- Selected candidates will undergo a fully sponsored four-year B.Tech training at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala.
- B.Tech Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).
- The Indian Navy will bear the complete cost of training, including tuition fees, books and study materials.
- Free accommodation, uniforms, messing and other entitled facilities will be provided during training.
- Pay, Military Service Pay (MSP), allowances and other service benefits will be applicable as per Indian Navy rules after commissioning.
