Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- MOT 2nd Class Motor Certificate issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
Experience Required
- Minimum 06 years experience as Independent Watch Keeping Engineer on board a foreign-going ship.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from officers of Major Port Authorities who:
- Hold analogous posts; OR
- Have 04 years regular service in the post of Deputy Marine Engineer (or equivalent post) in the scale of ₹50,000–₹1,60,000.

- Age shall be determined as on 01 June 2026.
