Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Applicants
Applications are invited from:
- Central Government Officials
- State Government Officials
- Union Territory Officials
- Hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department.
- OR possess five years of regular service in Level-6 (₹35,400–₹1,12,400) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University or Institution approved by the Government of India.
- Minimum 02 years experience in legal matters.
- Experience should be in Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or listed Private Sector Organizations.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 56 Years
- Age shall be calculated on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Period of Deputation
- The period of deputation including short-term contract shall ordinarily not exceed 03 years.
