About MOIL Limited
MOIL Limited, formerly known as Manganese Ore (India) Limited, was incorporated in 1962 and is India's largest producer of manganese ore. The company operates manganese mines in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh and also runs a Ferro Manganese Plant with a capacity of 12,000 MTPA and an Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD) Plant with a capacity of 1,500 MTPA. MOIL is listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Job Responsibilities
Director (Commercial) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Heading the Marketing Department of the organization.
- Overall accountability for marketing activities of the company.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies.
- Sales forecasting and commercial operations.
- Business development and market expansion.
- Leading and motivating professional management teams to achieve business targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 45 Years
- Internal Candidates: Minimum 2 years residual service as on vacancy date.
- Other Candidates: Minimum 3 years residual service as on vacancy date.
- Age of Superannuation: 60 Years
- Engineering Graduate
- OR Graduate with MBA / PGDM in Marketing
- Degree must be from a recognized University / Institution with good academic record.
- Minimum 5 years cumulative experience during the last 10 years.
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, Sales Forecasting & Planning or Business Development.
- Experience should be in a large reputed organization.
- Experience in Mining, Exploration or Allied Sectors will be an added advantage.
