Job Responsibilities
Director (Finance) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports directly to the Managing Director.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Overall charge of Finance and Accounts functions.
- Formulation and implementation of financial policies.
- Corporate Financial Management.
- Financial Planning and Budgetary Control.
- Monitoring financial performance and compliance.
- Strengthening corporate finance systems and governance.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 45 Years
- Internal Candidates: Minimum 2 years residual service as on vacancy date.
- Other Candidates: Minimum 3 years residual service as on vacancy date.
- Age of Superannuation: 60 Years
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- OR Cost Accountant (CMA)
- OR Full-time MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/Institution.
- Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants.
- Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services and eligible Central Government / Armed Forces / All India Services Officers may be exempted from the above educational qualification requirements subject to relevant experience criteria.
- Minimum 5 years cumulative experience at a senior level during the last 10 years.
- Experience in Corporate Financial Management or Corporate Accounts in a reputed organization.
- Experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting and policy formulation is desirable.
