Job Responsibilities
The Chairman & Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Company and is accountable to the Board of Directors, Government of India and Shareholders. The CMD is responsible for the efficient functioning of the organization and achievement of corporate objectives and performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 45 Years
- Internal Candidates: Minimum 2 years residual service before superannuation.
- Other Candidates: Minimum 3 years residual service before superannuation.
- Age of Superannuation: 60 Years
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Cost Accountant
- Post Graduate
- Graduate with MBA / PGDIM from a reputed institute
- Minimum 5 years cumulative experience during the last 10 years.
- Experience in Finance, Operations, Administration & Policy (Power Sector), Project Development or Project Management.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Hydro Power or Power Projects.

- Appointment will be for 05 years from the date of joining.
