Eligible candidates possessing a Master's degree in Public Relations/Mass Communication & Journalism with minimum 55% marks and relevant work experience are invited to apply online. Job Responsibilities
- Manage the IRMA in-house studio, overseeing day-to-day operations including video shooting, editing, and final delivery of course videos, podcasts, and interviews
- Update IRMA's websites and social media platforms with produced videos
- Media interface and networking with media houses (digital, social, and print) to disseminate academic, research, and outreach activities of the institute

Educational Qualifications
- Essential: Master's degree in Public Relations / Mass Communication & Journalism with at least 55% marks in qualifying exams.
- Desirable: Prior work experience in Public Relations and Communications.
Skill Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi - written and verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Skills in image editing, video editing, and social media management (Must-have)
Experience Required
- Minimum: 5 years' experience in public relations, media management, communications, digital content, or studio operations
- Organization: Any University / Institute of National Importance or Centrally Funded Institutions
Age Limit
- Preferred Maximum Age: 40 years (as on the last date of application)
- Age Relaxation: Additional 5 years for women candidates
Compensation & Tenure
- Consolidated Pay: ₹ 1,18,288/- per month
- Tenure: 3 years (Contractual, extendable based on performance or as per Institute's requirements)
