Candidates can download the call letter by following the steps below:
- Visit the official India Exim Bank website: www.eximbankindia.in
- Click on the "Careers" section
- Click on the link for "Download Call Letter for Online Examination"
- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth/Password
- Submit the details
- Download and take a printout of the call letter
- Affix a recent passport size photograph in the space provided

Exam Pattern
The online examination will comprise a descriptive test:

Documents Required at Examination Venue
Candidates must carry the following documents to the examination venue:
- Call Letter with recent passport size photograph (preferably same as uploaded) duly pasted
- Currently valid Photo Identity Proof (Original + Photocopy)
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Permanent Driving License
- Voter's Card with photograph
- Bank Passbook with photograph
- Photo Identity issued by Gazetted Officer on official letterhead
- Photo Identity issued by People's Representative on official letterhead
- Valid recent Identity Card issued by recognized College/University
- Aadhaar Card / E-Aadhaar Card with photograph
- Employee ID in original
- Bar Council Identity card with photograph

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Visit the venue one day before the examination to confirm the location.
- Late comers will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
- Biometric data (thumb impression) and photograph will be captured before the start of examination.
- No use of calculators, books, notebooks, mobile phones, smart watches, or any electronic device allowed.
- Bring a ball-point pen and an ink stamp pad (blue/black).
- A sheet of paper will be provided for rough work which MUST be handed over to the invigilator after the test.
- The call letter along with photocopy of photo identity proof must be submitted to the invigilator at the end of the exam.
- Name on call letter must exactly match the name on photo identity proof.
- In case of name change (due to marriage etc.), produce Gazette notification/marriage certificate/affidavit.
- Refusal to participate in biometric data capturing may lead to cancellation of candidature.

Special Note for Candidates
- The online examination is part of the Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for Manager and Deputy Manager posts.
- The test is compositely timed - you can attempt any question at any point within 150 minutes.
- Questions will be based on the syllabi published on the India Exim Bank website.
- Keyboard layout will be available only in English. For Hindi typing, candidates should have knowledge of Inscript or Remington (GAIL) mapping.
- Language selection toggle bar must be used to switch between English and Hindi while answering.
