Method of Appointment
The appointment is by transfer from the following categories:

Important:
- In the absence of qualified candidates for By Transfer appointment on the date of occurrence of vacancy, the posts shall be filled up by Direct Recruitment from open quota.
- The backlog for such categories will not be restored.
- Rules of reservation will not be applicable for By Transfer recruitment.
- Candidates will be advised on the basis of strict seniority assigned in the Ranked List.
Age Limit
- Age limit is not applicable for By Transfer appointment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Homoeopathy awarded by any University in Kerala.
- Any other Degree declared as equivalent to the above by Universities in Kerala / Government of Kerala or included in the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973.
- Successful completion of House Surgery / Internship.
- 'A' Class Registration with the Registrar of Travancore Cochin Medical Council, Kerala.
- Should be an approved probationer / Full member of the Homoeopathy service as Nurse (Homoeo) / Pharmacist (Homoeo) / Clerk.

Service Certificate Requirements
Applicants should produce a Service Certificate in the prescribed form from the Head of Department. The certificate must be uploaded at the time of submitting the application and the original Service Certificate must be produced at the time of verification, otherwise the application will not be accepted.
Service Certificate Details Required:
- Name of the Candidate
- Name of post held by the applicant with scale of pay
- Name of the Department in which now working
- Name of the Subordinate Service to which applicant belongs
- Date of commencement of service and date of commencement of probation
- Whether the applicant is an approved probationer or full member of the present service
Ranked List Validity
- The Ranked List prepared by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years.
- The list will cease to be in force if a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year is published.
- Candidates will be advised from the said list against vacancies reported to the Commission and apportioned to By Transfer during the period of currency of the list.

- Register under the "One Time Registration" scheme if not already registered.
- Already registered candidates can log in using their User ID and Password.
- Click on the "Apply Now" button against the respective notification.
- Upload recent passport size photograph (taken within 6 months) with name and date mentioned below.
- Verify all details before final submission.
- No application fee is required to be paid.
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
- Candidates should keep their User ID and Password confidential.
- All communications with the Commission should include the User ID.
- Once the application is submitted, no changes or modifications will be allowed.
- Candidates should keep a soft copy/printout of the online application for future use.
- Applications submitted against the terms and conditions laid down in the notification are liable to be rejected.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates who receive a profile message at any stage directing them to upload documents to prove their qualifications should do so within the stipulated time; otherwise, they will not be considered for the next stage.
- In case of difference in Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard, along with Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
- Candidates should familiarize themselves with the General Conditions given in Part II of the Gazette Notification before submitting the application.
