BEL Educational Institutions (BEEI) is run under Bharat Electronics Limited and has a long legacy of quality education. It manages 08 institutions covering everything from Pre-KG to degree-level courses.
This recruitment is for various BEEI institutions in Bengaluru, Karnataka, for the 2026–27 academic year. All posts are purely on a temporary basis, and the engagement is extended based on performance.
These are teaching and academic support roles across subjects like Science, Maths, English, Hindi, Computer Science, Commerce, and more. Candidates can apply for only one post; applying for more than one post will lead to summary rejection.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Relevant subject degree with required percentage plus B.Ed (varies by post – see official notification for exact subject-wise requirements). Lecturer posts need a Master's degree with 55% as a regular candidate
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification teaching experience (as on 01.04.2026)
- Preference: Candidates with NET / SLET / M.Phil / Ph.D will be preferred for lecturer posts
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (as on 01.04.2026); relaxation up to 50 years for spouses of deceased BEL employees on compassionate grounds

Salary & Benefits
- Leave Benefits:
- 15 Casual Leaves per year.
- Monthly Consolidated Salary:
- PRT – ₹21,250 per month.
- TGT / GPT – ₹26,250 per month.
- PGT – ₹27,500 per month.
- Degree College (Lecturer) – ₹27,500 per month.
- Special Educator – ₹21,350 per month.
- Librarian – ₹21,250 per month.
- Provident Fund (PF):
- 12% Provident Fund (PF) contribution from both the Employee and BEEI.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans, annual work programmes, and use relevant teaching aids
- Conduct classes, tests, and examinations; evaluate and update marks in SATS software
- Identify learning disabilities, prepare remedial and individual education plans (IEP)
- Engage extra and remedial classes, maintain practical logbooks and CCE records
- Develop students' talents through activities like elocution, quiz, painting, and sports
- Librarian: maintain stock and issue registers, catalogue, automation, and periodicals

Selection Process
- Written test (for shortlisted candidates) followed by interview, only for those who qualify the written test
- Written test: 90 minutes, 50 marks subject + 10 general knowledge + 10 aptitude
- Weightage: 70% written test + 30% interview
- Candidates who pass the written test are called for interview in 1:5 ratio
- Shortlist and final selections notified on the BEEI website
- No TA will be paid for the selection process
