Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
  • MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent qualification in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare or MHROD.
  • OR MBA with specialization in Human Resource/Personnel Management.
  • The specialization must be clearly mentioned in the degree or certificate issued by the University or Institute.
  • Candidates should possess a degree recognized by AICTE/UGC, wherever applicable.
  • Minimum marks:
    • UR/EWS – First Class or minimum 60% marks.
    • Reserved Categories – Minimum 50% marks.
Post Qualification Experience
  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience in HRD, Learning & Development, Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Salary Administration, Performance Management, HR Audit, RTI, Legal Matters, SAP HR Module and MS Excel will be preferred.
