Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

Central Government Officers: Analogous posts, or 3 yrs in Level-5 (₹29,200–₹92,300), 5 yrs in Level-4 (₹25,500–₹81,100), or 7 yrs in Level-3 (₹21,700–₹69,100); minimum 5 yrs government service.
State/UT Govt, PSU, Autonomous Bodies: Equivalent grades with requisite experience.
Age: Below 56 yrs as of 25-07-2025.
Residual Service: Minimum 3 yrs as of 25-07-2025.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in Administration, Legal, HR, Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, Vigilance, Procurement, Planning, Policy, or E-Governance.
Basic computer skills.

Salary and Benefits

Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹35,400–₹1,12,400, 7th CPC).
Benefits:
- Salary, allowances, medical benefits, and TA as per UIDAI Regulations, 2020.
- Option to continue CGHS medical facilities from the parent organization or avail UIDAI’s Medical Reimbursement Scheme.
- Leave governed by Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972.
Note: If the parent organization has a different pay structure/DA pattern, only basic pay is protected, not perquisites (as per DoPT OM 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II), 17-06-2010).
