Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Essential: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Law, Science, Humanities, or membership of ICAI/ICWAI, with relevant experience.

Experience

Officers from Central Government, PSUs, or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies:
- Holding a regular post in Pay Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200), OR
- Four years of regular service in Pay Level-13 (Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900), OR
- Seventeen years in Group ‘A’ with four years in Pay Level-13.
Equivalent Scales:
- Level-14: PSU E-8 (Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000); Bank GM/Scale-VII (Rs. 1,16,120 – 1,29,000).
- Level-13: PSU E-7 (Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000); Bank DGM/Scale-VI (Rs. 1,04,240 – 1,16,120).

Age Limit

Maximum: 58 years as of 02-06-2025.

Salary and Allowances

Pay Level: Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200 as per 7th CPC).
Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as per Government of India rules.
Deputation Terms: Governed by DoP&T OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17-06-2010, as amended.
