✅ Vice President (Transformation)

  • Qualification: Graduation (any discipline). Preference: Engineering/MBA/PG in relevant domain.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification in banking/finance, including at least 5 years in transformation/project management/strategy roles.
  • Key Skills: Digital banking, fintech strategy, innovation, leadership, data-driven project handling.

✅ Senior Vice President (Digital Marketing)

  • Qualification: Graduation. Preference: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in branding, digital campaign management, content strategy, performance marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Key Skills: SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, analytics tools, influencer campaigns, digital innovation.

✅ Manager (Quality & Training)

  • Qualification: Graduation. Preference: Certification in Quality Management or Training & Development.
