🎓 Eligibility Criteria

📚 Education

  • Level 2: 12th pass (50% marks, not required for SC/ST/Ex-SM/graduates) OR 10th + ITI/Act Apprenticeship (technical posts).
  • Level 1: 10th pass OR ITI OR NAC by NCVT.
  • Scouts & Guides: President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR HWB holder; active for 5 years (certificate as per Annexure-1); attended 2 National/Railway + 2 State events.

🧬 Age Limit

  • 18–33 years as of July 1, 2025.
  • Relaxations: SC/ST: +5 years, OBC: +3 years, PWD: +10 years (UR), +13 years (OBC), +15 years (SC/ST), Ex-Servicemen: service + 3 years, J&K Domicile: +5 years.

✅ Other Rules

  • Upload Scouts & Guides certificates (issued on/after May 21, 2025).
  • Clerks (Level 2) need typing skills within 2 years, or services will be terminated.

💰 Pay Scale

  • Level 2: Rs. 19,900/- (basic), approx. Rs. 25,000–30,000/- p.m. (with allowances).
  • Level 1: Rs. 18,000/- (basic), approx. Rs. 22,000–27,000/- p.m. (with allowances).
  • Includes DA, HRA, medical facilities, railway privileges.

  • Written Test (60 Marks): 60-minute exam in Delhi (40 objective questions + 1 essay on Scouts & Guides, GK). Negative marking: 1/3rd marks deducted per wrong answer.
  • Certificate Marks (40 Marks): National Events (10), State Events (10), Specialized Course (10), District Rallies (10).
  • Document Verification & Medical Exam: Qualifiers undergo document checks and medical fitness test.
  • Final Merit: Written test (60) + certificates (40) = 100 marks.
