Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical and functional requirements from stakeholders for MCTS/RCH and other health applications
- Prepare documentation: concept notes, design frameworks, process flows, SOPs, and user manuals
- Liaise with MoHFW, state governments, and technical teams to integrate M&E analytics with RCH systems
- Conduct field visits to States/UTs to assess MCTS/RCH data quality and operational challenges
- Train state and district officers on MCTS, RCH Portal, and related modules
- Develop templates for dashboards, scorecards, and data reports
- Analyze data for impact evaluation, data triangulation, and monitoring insights
- Support implementation of tools like ANMOL, Kilkari, Mobile Academy, and the RCH Citizen Portal
- Perform additional duties and travel as required by project or reporting authority
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Postgraduate degree in one of the following from a recognized UGC/AICTE institution:
- Statistics / Health Statistics
- Public Health Informatics / Operations Research
- Demography / Population Studies / Economics
- Social Sciences / Anthropology / Development Studies
- Public Health / MBA in Health Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years handling MoHFW’s RCH Portal at National or State level
- Age Limit: Up to 60 years as on the last date of application (01 July 2025)
Additional Qualifications (Agency/Dept.)
- Strong command over MS Office and statistical/data analysis tools
- Experience in tool design, reporting strategy, and data interpretation
- Familiarity with public health programs, state-level demographics, and population analysis
- Proven team collaboration and multitasking capabilities
- Preference to candidates with prior experience in Central/State/UT health departments
- Thorough understanding of RCH Portal and MoHFW schemes
Required Certifications
- Postgraduate degree certificate and mark sheet
- Proof of RCH Portal experience
- Valid age and ID proof documents
- Any supporting documentation for additional skills and experience
