Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
- Regular Graduation in B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or BBA
- Minimum 3 years experience as Office Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar roles
Desirable
- Computer certification course (MS Office / typing)
- Experience in Government, Autonomous, or Quasi-Government institutions
- Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Practices
Required Skills
- Typing speed: 35 WPM
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic accounts knowledge
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Knowledge of filing, indexing, and document management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting and compiling letters, notes, and official communications for the IT Division
- Maintaining repositories of communication and documents
- Managing software development–related documentation
- Supporting Ministry-level workshops, seminars, conferences, and training programs
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and facilitating partner interactions
- Processing work orders, invoices, and maintaining staff leave records
- Preparing and verifying Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
- Managing logistics for events and official programs
- Assisting in preparation of SOPs, tender documents, MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Organizing electronic and physical records
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Assisting with travel arrangements
- Any task assigned by Advisor – IT Division
Remuneration and Benefits
- Monthly remuneration: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 (based on experience)
