1. Chief General Manager (Finance)
Educational Qualification (any one):
- Chartered Accountant (CA); OR
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA); OR
- MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institution; OR
- Member of any organized Group-A Finance/Accounts service of Central or State Govt.
Experience:
- 17 years regular service in posts with pay level 10 or above.
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Internal Audit, Contract/Fund Management, or Disbursement.
Method of Recruitment:
- Promotion: From internal NHAI candidates (General Manager Finance & Accounts) with 3 years regular service and 17 years total in Level-10 or above.
- Deputation: Officers from Central/State Govt/PSUs/autonomous bodies, holding analogous posts in Level-14 or 3 years regular service in Level-13.
2. Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Educational Qualification (any one):
- Chartered Accountant (CA); OR
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA); OR
- MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institution; OR
- Member of any organized Finance/Accounts service of Central or State Govt.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Internal Audit, Contract/Fund Management, or Disbursement.
Method of Recruitment:
- By deputation from Central/State Govt/PSUs/autonomous bodies holding:
- Analogous post in Level-12; OR
- 5 years of regular service in Level-11.
