Note for Finance & Accounts Officer: The post is likely to be vacant in the future if the current incumbent is selected elsewhere. The deputation period is initially three years (to maintain lien of the demitting officer), extendable by one year in exceptional cases. If the incumbent returns, the deputation period will be curtailed accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

For Law Officer (1 Post – UR):

  • Legal handling of contractual, arbitration, legislative, and land acquisition matters.
  • Advising on statutory/legal issues and regulatory compliance.
  • Drafting legal documents, MoUs, contracts, and reviewing legal clauses.

For Finance & Accounts Officer (1 Post – UR):

  • Managing budgeting, finance, and audit-related functions.
  • Maintaining statutory accounts, reporting, and compliance with GOI norms.
  • Financial planning, fund management, and coordination with audit authorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Law Officer:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 9 years’ experience in legal matters in Govt./PSUs/autonomous institutions.
  • Holding analogous post OR 5 years of regular service in Level-11.
  • Maximum age: 56 years (on the closing date of application).

Finance & Accounts Officer:

  • MA (Hons.) Economics / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
  • Preference to ICWA/CA-qualified candidates.
  • 3 years’ service in equivalent pay scale (₹8,000–13,500 pre-revised or equivalent).
  • Maximum age: As per DoPT deputation guidelines.

  • Send completed applications with self-attested testimonials and a ₹100 demand draft/IPO (non-refundable) in favour of NCR Planning Board (SC/ST/PwBD/Female/Ex-Servicemen are exempt).

  • Method: Shortlisting based on eligibility, followed by interview.
