✅ Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Retired officers holding a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a Government recognized university/institute.
- Candidates should have held senior-level positions such as Chief Engineer or equivalent in Central Government/CPWD or similar organizations.
Desirable:
- Preference will be given to candidates having Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant field and those with a proven record of managing civil construction and infrastructure projects.
Experience:
- Post-qualification experience: Minimum 25 years of relevant field experience in large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Must have experience in project management, tendering, design reviews, and other construction-related functions.
Age Limit:
- The upper age limit for applicants is 62 years as on the closing date of application (May 10, 2025).
🧰 Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing technical designs, drawings, and construction schedules.
- Providing strategic input to ongoing and upcoming civil construction projects.
- Supporting management in project execution, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Managing reports, documentation, and administrative functions related to assigned projects.
💰 Salary / Remuneration
- Remuneration will be fixed as per NBCC norms, commensurate with the experience and last drawn salary of the selected candidate.
- Other benefits and terms will be applicable as per company policy.
📋 Terms of Engagement
- The initial engagement will be for a period of one (01) year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- Retired Officers will be considered for post-retirement engagement only if they meet the eligibility conditions and are medically fit.
- The decision of NBCC management regarding selection will be final and binding.
