Located at NSIC Business Park, Okhla Industrial Estate, ISLRTC plays a pivotal role in advancing the promotion, development, and training of Indian Sign Language (ISL) across the country. The available roles include Senior Personal Assistant, Social Media Consultant, Research Staff, Research Assistant, Illustrator/Designer, and Psychologist cum Counselor, offering consolidated monthly salaries ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹55,000. The age limit for all posts is 56 years, and specific educational qualifications and experience are required for each role.

📝 Available Positions (Contract Basis):

1. Senior Personal Assistant

  • 🧑‍🎓 Qualification: Degree + 8 years experience as Executive Assistant/Steno (preferably in govt.)
  • 💰 Salary: ₹55,000/month (All-inclusive)
  • 🕒 Age Limit: 56 years
  • 📌 Desirable: PG degree, knowledge of Hindi stenography/typing

2. Social Media Consultant

  • 🧑‍🎓 Qualification: PG/PG Diploma in Mass Comm., Journalism, PR, Marketing (min. 50% marks)
  • 💰 Salary: ₹45,000/month
  • 🕒 Age Limit: 56 years
  • 📌 Experience: 3 years in managing social media (YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
  • 💡 Skills: Content design, govt. comm. frameworks, ISL, Adobe, video editing

3. Research Staff

  • 🧑‍🎓 Qualification: Master’s + B.Ed Special Ed. (HI) + 2 yrs experience + ISL proficiency
  • 💰 Salary: ₹40,000/month
  • 🕒 Age Limit: 56 years

4. Research Assistant

  • 🧑‍🎓 Qualification: D.Ed Special Ed. (HI) / DISLI / RCI-approved diploma + 1 yr experience
  • 💰 Salary: ₹30,000/month
  • 🕒 Age Limit: 56 years

5. Illustrator / Designer

  • 🧑‍🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass + Diploma in Design/Animation + 2 yrs experience + ISL skills
  • 💰 Salary: ₹25,000/month
  • 🕒 Age Limit: 56 years

6. Psychologist cum Counselor

  • 🧑‍🎓 Qualification: MA/M.Sc Psychology + PGDRP
  • 💰 Salary: ₹40,000/month
  • 🕒 Age Limit: 56 years
  • 📌 Desirable: 1 year experience with children with disabilities

📅 Important Notes:

  • Contract duration: 1 year or until post is filled regularly
