📜 Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
✅ Retired personnel from Central Govt./Autonomous Bodies/CPSUs
✅ 10+ years experience in Rajbhasha (Hindi) work
✅ Served in Pay Level 7 (7th CPC) or higher
✅ Master’s degree in Hindi (with English) or English (with Hindi)
Desirable Skills:
🔹 Strong knowledge of Hindi translation & typing
🔹 Familiarity with Government’s Official Language Policy
🔹 Computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, internet)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Ensure compliance with India’s Official Language Policy
✔ Prepare quarterly/annual Hindi reports & translate documents (forms, manuals, circulars)
✔ Assist in Hindi training programs/workshops
✔ Draft official letters, orders, and notes in Hindi
✔ Support Hindi implementation activities
💸 Remuneration & Benefits
For Retired Central Govt./Autonomous Bodies:
- Monthly pay = Last Pay Drawn – Pension (as per MoF OM dated 09.12.2020)
- Fixed Transport Allowance (no DA)
For Retired CPSU Employees:
- Up to ₹1,00,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
Note:
- No DA, HRA, Medical, PF, CGHS, LTC or other benefits
- 1.5 days paid leave per completed month
- No TA/DA for joining or attending interviews
- No additional pay for working beyond normal hours
