Key Responsibilities:
- Translate official letters, manuals, circulars, articles, office orders, etc., from English to Hindi and vice versa.
- Prepare official letters and notes in Hindi using computers.
- Assist in Official Language Policy implementation and related documentation.
- Support Hindi Committee activities.
- Perform any duties assigned by competent authorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
Master’s degree in Hindi/English with the other language as a compulsory/elective/medium of exam.
OR
Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi/English as medium and the other language as compulsory/elective.
AND
Recognized diploma/certificate in translation or 2 years’ translation experience in a Government office. - Desirable:
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Ability to work independently on a computer.
- Age Limit: Below 64 years as on 17-06-2025.
