• Qualification: 10+2 / Intermediate (any stream, regular)
• Experience: 3+ years in aerodrome/flight operations
• Preference: Conversant in English

Note: Candidates with part-time, correspondence, or higher qualifications are not eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian Citizens only
• Age Limit (as on 16 May 2025):
  • Base: Maximum 28 years
  • Ex-Servicemen Relaxation: Up to 3 years beyond service period
  • PwBD: Additional 10 years
  • Domicile of J&K (1980–1989): +5 years
  • Maximum Age after Relaxation: 55 years (PwBD: 56 years)

Selection Process

3. Written Test:
   • Total Duration: 2.5 hours
   • Sections:
     • General Awareness – 20 Q
     • English & Reasoning – 40 Q
     • Discipline-specific – 100 Q
   • Marking Scheme: 1 mark per question, no negative marking
   • Qualifying Cut-off: 50%
4. Document Verification: Original certificates required
5. Medical Examination: Must meet HAL’s physical fitness standards
6. TA for Document Verification: Sleeper/II class or actual fare (with proof)

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Pay:
  • D6: ₹23,000/month
  • B4: ₹21,000/month
• Additional Benefits:
  • DA (quarterly revised)
