Minimum Qualifications
- Technical Qualification: ITI pass in the respective trade (NCVT/SCVT certified) from a Govt./Affiliated Institute.
- Passing Year: ITI must have been completed in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Educational Qualification:
- For Turner, Fitter, Electrician, etc.: High School (10+2) with Science and Math.
- For Electronics Mechanic, Welder, etc.: High School (10+2) or equivalent.
- For COPA/PASAA: Only ITI certificate needed.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum 27 years as on 02 July 2025.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD within category.
- Exclusions: Candidates with pending backlogs, supplementary, or COE trainees are not eligible.
Application Procedure
- Mode: Online registration only.
- Steps:
- Enroll and generate registration number.
- Upload photo and signature.
- Fill and submit application.
- HAL dependents must upload certified declaration form.
- Deadline: 02 July 2025
- Important: Incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected.
Selection Process
- Merit Based:
- 70% weightage to High School marks
- 30% weightage to ITI marks
- CGPA Conversion: Must use official board formula. Rounding off marks (e.g., 86.45 to 86.5) is not allowed.
- Document Verification: Only provisionally selected candidates will be called.

- Must not have completed/registered for any other apprenticeship program.
