🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:
Candidate must hold any one of the following:

  • Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level
  • Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level
  • Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi and English as subjects at graduation level
  • Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation (Hindi–English or vice versa)
  • OR 2 years of experience in translation work in central/state government offices

Desirable:

  • Experience in handling official language implementation work
  • Proficiency in computer typing (Hindi & English)

Age Limit:
Age not exceeding 56 years on the last application submission date. Age relaxation is applicable according rules.

💼 Job Responsibilities

  • Translate official documents, reports, circulars, etc., between Hindi and English
  • Support implementation of Official Language Policy
  • Maintain Hindi usage records in official correspondence
  • Assist in organizing Hindi workshops, reports, and language audits

💰 Pay Scale

  • Pay Level-6: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (as per 7th CPC)
  • Other allowances: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, etc., as per Government norms
