Eligibility Criteria (for all posts):
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (+3 or equivalent).
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Age: 18 to 32 years as on 21.06.2025 (Age relaxation as per Odisha Govt. norms).
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Oriya and have passed an Oriya test equivalent to M.E. standard.
- Good character, sound health, and no more than one spouse if married.
Additional Skills Required:
- Jr. Typist: Typing speed of 40 wpm in English.
- Stenographer Gr-III: Shorthand speed 80 wpm & typing speed 40 wpm in English.
