✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:
Full-time regular degree in Law from a recognized university, entitling the candidate for registration at the Bar and appearance before the court.

Enrollment:
Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of any State/UT in India.

Age:
Maximum 30 years as on closing date of application.

Experience:
Fresh candidates eligible; knowledge of current/recent judgments and legal system is required.

🧑‍⚖️ Key Responsibilities

Monitor court cases related to DDA and provide timely legal advice.
Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) and Chief Engineers (CEs) in legal matters.
Stay updated with recent judgments and legal developments.

💸 Remuneration & Benefits

Fixed consolidated salary of ₹50,000 per month.
Annual performance-based increment of 5% (maximum remuneration capped at 1.25 times the initial amount).
Contract may be extended depending on performance and requirement.
