✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Full-time regular degree in Law from a recognized university, entitling the candidate for registration at the Bar and appearance before the court.
Enrollment:
Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of any State/UT in India.
Age:
Maximum 30 years as on closing date of application.
Experience:
Fresh candidates eligible; knowledge of current/recent judgments and legal system is required.
🧑⚖️ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor court cases related to DDA and provide timely legal advice.
- Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) and Chief Engineers (CEs) in legal matters.
- Stay updated with recent judgments and legal developments.
💸 Remuneration & Benefits
- Fixed consolidated salary of ₹50,000 per month.
- Annual performance-based increment of 5% (maximum remuneration capped at 1.25 times the initial amount).
- Contract may be extended depending on performance and requirement.
