Working Hours
- Standard Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Additional Time: May be required to work on weekends or holidays without additional remuneration.
Attendance
- Must report to the Head, ESD and sign the official attendance register.
- Non-compliance with attendance may result in remuneration deduction
Remuneration and Benefits
- Stipend: As per government guidelines for re-engagement of retired officials.
- Deductions: Income Tax or other applicable taxes will be deducted at source.
- TDS Certificate: Will be issued accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality as per Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Sign an agreement covering confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
- Prohibited: Sharing, publishing, or reusing official data/information without written consent.
- Uphold transparency, professionalism, and efficiency in all activities.
- Avoid any actions or advice that may negatively impact CSIR-CMERI’s interests.
