Central Bank of India, a premier public sector bank, is inviting applications for 4,500 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for FY 2025–26. Selected candidates will undergo 12-month on-the-job training across branches and offices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in banking operations including front-desk and back-office activities.
  • Learn and support functions related to customer service, basic retail/asset products, investments, and insurance.
  • Maintain discipline and professionalism throughout the training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (degree completed on or after 01.01.2021).
  • Age between 20 to 28 years as of 31.05.2025.
  • Must be registered on the NATS portal:
  • Candidates with job/apprenticeship experience of more than 1 year post-graduation are not eligible.

Additional Qualifications (Agency/Dept.)

  • Proficiency in local language of the applied state (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
  • Computer knowledge and good communication skills are advantageous.

Required Certifications

  • NATS portal registration (Enrollment ID required).

Selection Procedure

  1. Online Exam (100 Marks) – Includes:
    • Quant, Reasoning, English, Computer, Retail Products, Insurance, etc.
    • Duration: 60 minutes
    • No negative marking
  2. Local Language Test
  3. Document Verification
  4. Medical Fitness
  5. Digital contract signing via NATS

Application Fee

  • PwBD: ₹400 + GST
  • SC/ST/All Women/EWS: ₹600 + GST
  • Others: ₹800 + GST
  • Payment Mode: Online only (07.06.2025 to 25.06.2025)

  3. Pay application fee online.
  4. Keep enrollment ID for reference.
  5. Await further communication from BFSI SSC
