Position: DPRM – Trainee (Sales)
Organization: Canara Bank Securities Ltd (A wholly owned subsidiary of Canara Bank)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement cross-selling and upselling techniques for financial products and services.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring efficient account setup and service delivery.
• Be the main point of contact for client queries and support.
• Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
