1. Project Associate-I
- No. of Posts: 06 (UR: 03, SC: 01, OBC: 02)
- Age Limit: 35 years
- Educational Qualification:
- Essential: M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry (Physical/Inorganic/Organic Chemistry) or B.Tech in Materials Science/Engineering or Quantum Technology
- Desirable: Knowledge in any of the following:
- Thin film deposition
- Quantum Dots synthesis
- Cryogenic RF measurements & optics
- 2D materials growth using CVD
- Programming AI tools like ChatGPT using Python/Java/C++
- Emoluments:
- ₹31,000 + 27% HRA for candidates who qualify NET/GATE/SET or national-level exams
- ₹25,000 + 27% HRA for others
- Work Profile: Experimental design, materials synthesis, characterization, Python-based programming, electrical measurements, and road mapping.
2. Research Associate-II

- Age Limit: 40 years
- Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Ph.D. in Physics or Chemistry with at least one SCI journal publication
- Desirable: Hands-on experience in:
- CVD/ALD/DC-RF sputtering
- Crystal growth
- Superconductor thin films
- Nano/micro fabrication
- Cryogenic electrical measurements
- Emoluments: ₹61,000 + HRA
- Work Profile: Nanomaterial synthesis, cleanroom device fabrication, 3D CAD, Python programming, IPR landscaping, annual road mapping.
3. Consultant
- No. of Posts: 01 (UR)
- Age Limit: 65 years
- Educational Qualification:
- Essential:
- B.E./B.Tech with 15+ years in R&D or startup roles
- OR M.E./M.Tech with 12+ years experience
- OR Ph.D. with 5+ years of industry R&D experience
- Desirable:
- Extensive startup ecosystem leadership experience (CEO/Founder/Incubator Head/etc.)
- Essential:
- Emoluments: ₹1,00,000/month (subject to pension + DR limit as per norms)
