🧾 Eligibility Criteria

  • Who Can Apply:
    Ex-Servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force) who held the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent.
  • Educational Qualification:
    Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience Required:
    Minimum 15 years post-qualification relevant experience.
  • Age Limit (as on 01.04.2025):
    • General (UR): 50 years
    • OBC (NCL): 53 years
    • SC: 55 years

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

  • Handle warranty/AMC/RRC tasks for BEL systems on naval ships and shore units.
  • Provide preventive and breakdown maintenance for BEL equipment.
  • Support system trials like HATS and SATS, and participate in post-installation repairs.
  • Coordinate with BEL’s business units for testing and feasibility studies.
  • Assist in spare parts inspection, repair scheduling, and resolving logistics/supply issues.
  • Represent BEL in project and pricing meetings when required.

🧪 Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Written Test (85 Marks)
  • Stage 2: Interview (15 Marks)
  • Candidates who qualify in the written test will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio for the interview.
  • Final selection results will be published on the BEL website, and provisional appointment orders will be issued via email.

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 per month (E-I Grade) + other allowances.
  • Job Type: Full-time contractual (extendable based on performance).
  • Application Fee: Exempted for Ex-Servicemen
