📌 Vacancy Details:

📋 Post 1: Office Assistant – RSETI

✅ Eligibility:

• Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com.
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and Internet.
• Fluent in local language; Hindi/English desirable.
• Typing in local language required; English typing is an added advantage.
• Age: 22 to 40 years (as on 07.05.2025)

🧪 Selection Process:

1. Written Test – General Knowledge + Computer Skills
2. Interview – Communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities

📆 Tenure:

• 3 years contractual, subject to annual review
• Retirement age: 60 years

💰 Salary & Perks:

• ₹20,000/- per month (Incremental up to ₹27,500/- over 5 years)
• ₹1,500/- annual performance incentive
• ₹2,000/- fixed conveyance allowance/month
• ₹300/- mobile allowance/month
• 12 days leave annually (non-carry-forwardable)

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in training operations
• Maintain books, registers, and reports
• Handle logistics and follow-ups with trainees
• Inventory & asset upkeep
• MIS and training record keeping

📋 Post 2: FLC Counsellor

✅ Eligibility:

• Retired Bank Officer (Scale I to III) not above 64 years
• Graduate/Postgraduate from UGC-recognized university
• Background in rural credit and branch operations preferred
• Should be fluent in local language
• Must provide a satisfactory service certificate from previous employer

🧪 Selection Process:

• Based solely on interview performance

📆 Tenure:

• 1-year contract, renewable at Bank’s discretion
• 6 working days/week (except 2nd and 4th Sundays)
• Exit clause: 1-month notice by either side

💰 Salary & Perks:

• ₹18,000/- per month (subject to 8 camps/month)
• ₹500/- mobile allowance/month
• ₹500/- reimbursement per outdoor camp (up to 8/month)

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial awareness camps
• Educate public on banking services
• Regular follow-ups and support to the community
