📌 Post Details

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

In-House Faculty:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream) – Preference for MSW, MA (Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology), B.Ed., B.Sc. (Agri, Horticulture, Veterinary)
• Should have a flair for teaching and computer skills
• Typing skills in local language required; Hindi/English typing preferred
• Prior teaching/faculty experience preferred

Watchman-cum-Gardener:

• Minimum 7th Standard pass
• Preferably experienced in agriculture/gardening/horticulture

💼 Job Roles

In-House Faculty:

• Conduct classroom sessions, training programs, and post-training support
• Maintain training materials, documentation, and trainee reports
• Assist in entrepreneurship and project development guidance
• Coordinate institute events, follow-ups, logistics, and administration

Watchman-cum-Gardener:

• Campus security, cleanliness, and gardening
• Support staff responsibilities as needed

📑 Contract & Benefits

• Initial contract of 3 years (renewable annually based on performance)
• Eligible for EPF, ESI, Gratuity, and Mobile Allowance
• Leave: 12 Casual, 10 Sick, 10 Privilege, Maternity/Paternity leave as per rules
