💼 Experience Requirements (Minimum 20 Years)
✅ Advisor – Artillery Weapon System
- Experience in missile integration, propulsion, guidance, testing
- Composite structure design and carbon composite wing development
- Cruise missile design, QMS for rockets, finite element analysis
- Coordination with armed forces, project execution
✅ Advisor – Warheads
- Warhead development for missiles, rockets, aircraft bombs
- Expertise in sub-munitions, safety mechanisms, TOT
- Lifecycle management of warhead programs
- Interfacing with DRDO, inspection agencies, production units
✅ Advisor – Aerodynamics
- Aerodynamic design for missiles, rockets, aircraft bombs
- Proficiency in CFD, prediction methods, experimental facilities
- Software development, aerodynamic analysis
- Project execution and coordination with Armed Forces
🧓 Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 62 years as on 01 May 2025
💰 Consolidated Monthly Remuneration

📌 If superannuated in a higher scale than BEL ED, salary will be fixed at ED’s minimum pay scale.
💵 5% increment will be applicable for extended contracts after 1 year.

- Hybrid Mode:
- At least 8 working days/month from BEL Bengaluru office
- Remaining days: Work from Home
