NHSRCL invites applications from retired railway officers for the position of Advisor (Fare & Ticketing Systems) on a re-employment basis. Eligible candidates must be retired from Ministry of Railways/Railway PSUs/Metro with a B.E./B.Tech degree and minimum 10 years’ experience in ticketing systems, automatic fare collection, and related IT solutions. The maximum age limit is 65 years, and applicants must have retired at L-14/IDA scale or above. The position is based in New Delhi with an initial one-year contract (extendable). 🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Tech in any discipline from a recognized institute/university

Experience Required:

  • Retired from CDA Pay Scale ₹37,400–67,000 (GP ₹10,000) / Level-14 OR
    IDA Pay Scale ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 and above
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in fare and ticketing systems (Indian Railways or Metro), including:
    • Automatic Fare Collection
    • IT systems, data integrity/security
    • Website/app development
    • Payment gateways/systems

🧾 Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize ticketing operations and implement fare structures
  • Conduct ridership analysis for planning
  • Lead development of IT systems (apps, websites, CRM, loyalty programs)
  • Integrate fare systems with hardware and third-party vendors
  • Prepare RFPs and manage technical partnerships
  • Any other tasks assigned by management
